You will receive a link to complete the admissions paperwork. We value your time and have worked to simplify these forms. Returning this paperwork promptly will help our team to support you efficiently. For most people, the process takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.

That’s it—all that will be left for you is to show up to your appointment, whether virtual or in-person, to begin working with a therapist who cares about your success.
